Midori celebrated 40 years of her career with a tour alongside the Franz Schubert Philharmonia and Tomàs Grau, performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto at Auditori de Girona (April 28th), Teatre Tarragona (April 29th), Palau de la Música Catalana (April 30th), and Auditori i Palau de Congressos de Castelló (May 1st). In addition, during her visit to Spain, she gave a comprehensive interview to RITMO, where she discussed her four decades of career, her recent recording of Beethoven's Violin Sonatas with Jean-Yves Thibaudet, and her involvement in educational and social projects.
