In 2022, Gárdez was awarded the First Prize and the Amics de l'Òpera de Sabadell Prize at the 5th Josep Palet Singing Competition in Martorell, as well as at the 5th Martin y Soler International Singing Competition. Gárdez is currently in an exciting stage of her career, with a full schedule of upcoming projects.
In 2023, she will participate in the Accademia Rossiniana in Pesaro, where she will perform in Gioachino Rossini's opera Il viaggio a Reims. She will also join the Bottega d'Opera at the Donizetti Festival in Bergamo and participate in the opening of the 2023 edition with Donizetti's opera Il diluvio universale, conducted by maestro Riccardo Frizza, as well as in Giovanni Simone Mayr's opera Il piccolo compositore di musica.

So far, Gárdez has been invited to participate in the concert series "Les Veus del Monestir" at the Monestir de Pedralbes in Barcelona and in the concert seasons of Casa Elizalde in Barcelona and M'Clàssics in Martorell. She has also performed in iconic venues such as the Círculo Ecuestre in Barcelona and the Reial Acadèmia de Belles Arts de Sant Jordi.
Gárdez's dedication to music is evident, and her constant pursuit of excellence has led her to receive the prestigious Ferrer-Salat Scholarship in 2020. She has studied at the Liceu Conservatory with the guidance of soprano Marta Mathéu, and continues to refine her technique with soprano Dolors Aldea. She has also had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with renowned soprano Nelly Miricioiu and distinguished pianist Astrid Steinschaden, invited by the organization of the Tenor Viñas International Singing Competition and the Ferrer-Salat Foundation.
Nelly Miricioiu has said of her that "she has a warm and resonant voice that is strong and present throughout the range. The tone is unique, and she has a strong sense of musicality and style, which allows her to move easily through varied repertoires. She is a true communicator and possesses the ability to connect with the audience with great warmth and empathy. All of these qualities are rare in someone of her age, and I know that Sabrina will continue to flourish and thrive over time."
