His communicative ability and renowned interpretative energy, combined with deep artistic commitment, have brought him to conduct multiple ensembles such as the London Symphony, the Paris Chamber Orchestra, the New World Symphony Miami, the Gewandhaus Orchestra, the Liverpool Philharmonic, the Rotterdam Philharmonic, the Royal Philharmonic, the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, the Metropol Orkest, the Residentie Orkest, the Orquesta Nacional de España, the Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya, the Orquestra de València, as well as the national orchestras of Belgium, Chile, Brazil, and France.
Recent engagements include collaborations with the Filarmónica de Buenos Aires, the WDR Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre National de Lille, the Orchestre National d’Île de France, the Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic, the Slovak Philharmonic, the Oulu Symphony Orchestra (Finland), the Columbus Symphony (USA), the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano, and the Filarmonica Toscanini, among others.
He was Artistic Director of Slagwerkgroep Amsterdam, the Xenakis Festival, Chief Conductor of the Balearic Islands Symphony Orchestra, and Music Director of the Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra for 15 years, with which he toured extensively across four continents.
With ADDA Simfònica, in a truly brilliant trajectory over recent seasons, he has undertaken tours in Germany, Spain, France, Slovenia, and Japan, recorded more than 20 albums, and his live broadcasts can be found on Medici TV, Mezzo TV, and Filmin, among other platforms.
He conducts productions in prestigious theatres and festivals worldwide, including: the Rouen Opera, the Teatro Colón, the Teatro Real, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, La Monnaie, the Leipzig Opera, the Mariinsky Theatre, the Teatro de la Maestranza, the Atrium, and the Teatro Arriaga, among others.
He has been honoured with the National Jeunesses Musicales Award, the “Ciudad de Valencia” Arts Award, the Óscar Esplá Award, the IMPORTANTES Award from Prensa Ibérica, the Cultura COPE Alicante Award, the MIN Award for Best Classical Album, and several Melómano de Oro distinctions.
