Clara-Jumi Kang joins Ibermúsica Artists

Ibermúsica Artists is delighted to welcome Clara-Jumi Kang, one of the most outstanding violinists of her generation, to its roster for management in Spain and Portugal. 

A performer of remarkable depth and refinement, Clara-Jumi Kang appears regularly with the world’s leading orchestras, including the Santa Cecilia OrchestraLondon Symphony OrchestraNew York PhilharmonicLos Angeles PhilharmonicMunich PhilharmonicBudapest Festival Orchestra, and Israel Philharmonic.In Spain, she has collaborated with Orquesta Sinfónica de GaliciaOrquesta Sinfónica de TenerifeOrquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y LeónOrquesta de Valencia, and Orquesta Ciudad de Granada.

Her close artistic relationships include collaborations with eminent conductors such as Lahav ShaniZubin MehtaDaniel HardingVasily PetrenkoStéphane DenèveJuanjo MenaGianandrea Noseda, Ryan Bancroft and Kazuki Yamada.

An avid chamber musician, she performs at major international festivals such as VerbierMartha Argerich’s Hamburg FestivalEvianFestival RavelSchloss ElmauUtrecht, Edinburgh and Marvão, alongside artists like Joshua BellMartha ArgerichKirill Gerstein, Janine Jansen, Mischa Maisky, Denis Kozkhkhin, Mao Fujita, Steven Isserlis and Sunwook Kim.

Her broad concerto repertoire spans the great violin concertos by BeethovenBrahmsSibeliusProkofievLalo, and Tchaikovsky, as well as works by BrittenKorngoldAdams, and Shostakovich. Highlights of the 2025/26 season include performances of Shostakovich’s Violin Concerto No. 1 with the London Symphony Orchestra and BBC NOW and Bernstein’s Serenade with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic.
