Wilson Ng sold out his debut performance with the Radio Filharmonisch Orkest at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam on October 19. His versions of Ravel’s Bolero, Stravinsky’s The Firebird, and Khachaturian’s Spartacus Suite No. 2 culminated in a standing ovation. The concert crowned an especially significant week for the conductor, following another great success at the popular Top 400 of Avrotros Klassiek in Utrecht.
