25th February 2026

Ibermúsica Artists welcomes bass Nahuel Di Pierro, who joins the roster for exclusive representation in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. A renowned interpreter of baroque, classical, and bel canto repertoire, he is today one of the most in demand singers of our generation.

The 2025–26 season will see him portray Leporello in Don Giovanni under the musical direction of Riccardo Muti at the Fondazione Prada in Milan, and return to the Opernhaus Zürich as Blansac in Rossini’s La scala di seta, conducted by Leonardo Sini. He will also appear at the Grand Théâtre de Genève as Mustafà in L’italiana in Algeri, and the Teatro Massimo di Palermo as Assur in Semiramide, both operas by Rossini.

Other highlights include Osmin in Die Entführung aus dem Serail by Mozart at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Opéra Royal de Versailles. On the concert stage, he will perform at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées with Le Concert de la Loge in Mozart’s Great Mass in C minor, and take part in Roméo et Juliette by Berlioz with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.

Nahuel boasts an extensive discography, which includes recordings of operas such as Les Paladins by Rameau and Ercole Amante by Cavalli, as well as oratorios such as Betulia Liberata and Mozart’s Requiem. Di Pierro is also actively involved in the folk music of his native Buenos Aires, recently releasing the album Anclao en Paris, dedicated to tango. His latest recording, Fra l’ombre, was twice nominated for Best Baroque Vocal Album at the International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) and the Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik.

In the Baroque repertoire, Nahuel has found great success in roles including Seneca in L’incoronazione di Poppea, the Cold Genius in King Arthur, and Créon in Médée at the Opernhaus Zürich, as well as Pluto in Orfeo at the Opéra Royal de Versailles, Ismenor and Teucer in Dardanus, and Claudio in Agrippina. In 2023, he made his debut at the Gran Teatre del Liceu as Seneca.

A distinguished Mozartian, he began his career as Masetto in Don Giovanni and has appeared at venues such as the Opéra de Paris, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Royal Opera House, and the Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía.

Also a champion of Rossini, he has excelled in titles including Le Comte Ory, Il viaggio a Reims, Semiramide, Il turco in Italia, Guillaume Tell, Il barbiere di Siviglia, Le Siège de Corinthe, and L’italiana in Algeri, at venues such as the Opernhaus Zürich, Teatro alla Scala, the Rossini Opera Festival, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, and the Teatro Colón.

Welcome, Nahuel!
