Mezzosoprano Inés López joins Ibermúsica Artists
23rd April 2026

Ibermúsica Artists is pleased to welcome Inés López to the roster for worldwide management.

With a promising international career and noted for her stylistic and musical versatility, Inés López was awarded a prize at the 63rd Tenor Viñas Competition. She has also received distinctions at several competitions, including the “Ciudad de Albacete” National Singing Competition, the “Ciudad de Logroño” International Competition, the “Lola Rodríguez Aragón” Competition, and the “Alcalá de Henares” International Singing Competition.

Her voice is distinguished by the beauty of its timbre, her great artistic sensitivity, and her musical intelligence, qualities that make her one of the most compelling young singers on the Spanish musical scene. From the 2026/27 season, she will join the Opera Studio of the Hamburgische Staatsoper.

Among her recent engagements are Papagena in Die Zauberflöte at the Staatsoper Stuttgart and the role of Rabe in Der Mondbär at the Bayerische Staatsoper. Her repertoire also includes Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), Der Komponist (Ariadne auf Naxos), Mercédès (Carmen), La Badessa (Suor Angelica), and the Sorceress (Dido and Aeneas), demonstrating a natural affinity for Mozart and the German repertoire.

In the symphonic repertoire, she has performed Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 with the Orquesta y Coro Nacionales de España and has appeared in works such as Il trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno (Disinganno), Respighi’s Lauda per la Natività del Signore, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, and Vivaldi’s Gloria. In the Lied repertoire, she has performed at the LIFE Victoria Festival in Barcelona (2023) and was awarded the Lied the Future scholarship at the Schubertíada de Vilabertran (2024).

Welcome, Inés!
