Pablo Sainz-Villegas, Silvia Tro Santafé and Francesco Piemontesi in Mexico this summer

Three Ibermúsica Artists will perform during the summer season with the Minería Symphony Orchestra, a distinguished Mexican ensemble that has presented an ambitious program with ten concerts taking place from July 5 to August 31 at the Cultural Center of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Pablo Sainz-Villegas will give the Mexican premiere of Arturo Márquez's Concerto for Guitar and Orchestra, "Místico y Profano" at the season opening on July 5 and 6, alongside Carlos Miguel Prieto, Artistic Director of the Minería Symphony Orchestra.
Mezzo-soprano Silvia Tro Santafé will perform Mahler's Symphony No. 3 on August 2 and 3, again with Carlos Miguel Prieto.
In addition, Francesco Piemontesi will perform Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 27 at the closing ceremony.
Soloists such as violinists Agustin Hadelich and James Ehnes, conductor John Adams or mezzo-soprano J'Nai Bridges will also travel to Mexico this summer.
